“CH” stands for channel seal. It is used on some of the wiper bars in Cessna oil cooler sets. An example of this can be seen on P/N AF0755012-2 in Oil Cooler Package G. The channel seal slips over the edge of the metal piece and is glued in place with an adhesive.
