These Terms and Conditions govern use of aerosparepro.com/ and purchases through AeroSparePro. They should be read together with our Shipping Information, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Website Use
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision.
- Provide accurate account, contact, billing, delivery and order information.
- Do not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access, interference with site operation or other unlawful activity.
2. Product Information
We work to provide useful product names, photographs, specifications, part numbers, application references, prices and availability. Information can originate from manufacturers, suppliers or other product-data sources and may contain errors or change. Photographs may be representative; check the written product details and included-item notes.
A category, brand reference or search result does not establish the suitability of every product for every aircraft configuration.
3. Aircraft Compatibility
Before ordering, compare the complete part number, aircraft make and model, serial-number range, product specifications, dimensions, mounting points, connectors, installation position and applicable documentation.
Available Eligible Aircraft tables and technical references help with comparison but do not replace verification against the applicable aircraft and manufacturer documentation. Contact us when a catalog detail is unclear. Final eligibility and installation requirements should be reviewed with a qualified aircraft maintenance professional.
4. Installation and Product Use
Installation, maintenance and use must follow the applicable manufacturer instructions and safety and regulatory requirements. Use a qualified aircraft maintenance professional where the work requires specialist knowledge or authorization. Website content is not an aircraft maintenance instruction or permission to install a product.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Orders and Pricing
- Order acceptance: a confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. Fulfillment remains subject to payment approval, inventory, address checks and the ability to supply the item.
- Catalog errors: if a material pricing, description or availability error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected item.
- Order total: review the products, address and total shown at checkout before placing an order.
- Quantity limits: quantities may be limited where reasonably necessary for inventory, fraud prevention or catalog corrections.
6. Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping subject to available services and product or destination restrictions. Orders delivered to U.S. addresses are dispatched from the United States. Eligible orders of $30 or more receive free standard shipping when available at checkout.
In-stock orders placed before 8 PM Eastern Time on business days usually ship the same day after payment, inventory and address checks. 7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product-condition and return-process requirements. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending an item. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns. See Returns for the complete process.
8. Accounts
Keep account credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account used unlawfully or in a way that threatens the website or customers.
9. Intellectual Property and Brand References
Original AeroSparePro content belongs to AeroSparePro or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer and product names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification or compatibility reference. Unless expressly stated, these references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or authorization.
10. Third-Party Services
Third-party services used or linked by the website operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control the content of independent third-party websites.
11. Website Availability and Liability
The website and catalog are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every catalog detail will be error-free.
